    Description

    WWI US Navy 1st Class Sailmaker's Mate Rate.  Blue eagle and blue felt stripes on white twill.  Excellent condition.  This rate was never sewn onto a uniform.  6 by 4 inches.  Guaranteed 100% genuine.  Excuse the shadows in the pictures, my lighting is poor.  Thanks for looking.
