Vintage Guerlain Parure factice, extremely rare, large, in original box.
Extremely rare collectible bottle in its original bright aqua presentation box. Designed by French sculptor Robert Granai, the undulating amber glass of the bottle evokes the rich elegance of a suite of jewels which is the meaning of the French word, "
parure
."  Jean-Paul Guerlain was particularly proud of the design of the crystal stopper which he found 'slightly outrageous.'  It is said to have been inspired by a glowing sea-view sunset.  This would be a stunning addition to any vintage Guerlain collection.
The bottle is empty.  It does not contain any perfume.
The pristine bottle (with original seal intact) is unusually large:  8" high (including base) and 4.25" wide.
The box (7.25" X 9.75" X 3") is in excellent shape. There are a few tiny scratches on the box which can be seen in the photos.
