You are looking at the very rare 1st Edition from Feld Entertainment Toy Story Disney On Ice 11" Bo Peep Doll with Staff!
These were the 1st Bo Peep's sold after the release of the original Toy Story movie in 1995. They were sold only at the Disney On Ice show and came in a sealed bag with tag (as shown).
The hang tag states at the bottom to remove before prior to sale or giving to a child. I purchased this at a local Disney on Ice show back in 1996. An extremely rare collector item for sure!
Bo Peep is brand new in sealed bag, with tag, and comes from a smoke-free home.
