This is a promo banner
from 1981.      It just says "GEORGE HARRISON" in big gold lettering.  It does not say "Somewhere In England", but the background looks like part of the stone wall that George is in front of on the album cover.      The fine print at bottom left says "Loka Productions S.A. 1981 Ganga Distrubutors B.V., Made In USA, For Promotional use only, not for sale."
It was printed by Dark Horse Records.        It is printed in browns and gold.         It is 36 inches long by 12 inches tall.
Condition is : VG+
There is no tape, no tears, and no pin holes.     It looks like it's been rolled up for 40 years and the artists initials are written on the back side in one corner.
