After your order is packaged , your item will be placed inside  the post office. After your package leaves my hands it is now the post office responsibility to get your package to you in a timely manner. It is your responsibility to keep an accurate and the same  address on file for both ebay and paypal. If your package comes back to me due to your error, it will be the buyers choice if they want to pay for shipping to resend the package again.
