    Description

    This is a nice Gas Station Give-away item advertising KENDALL - THE 2000 MILE OIL. The HAT is made in the paper bag fashion by the UNION BAG & PAPER CORP - Woolworth Building New York City (called by them an "AD-CAP") Patent no. 1926912. It has a nice picture of the Kendall Oil Can with an airplane, automobile and bus printed on the can. The cardboard bill of the hat is stamped with the following: WORLD'S FAIR SOUVENIR - BARNEY'S FILLING STATION - PHONE 1865, 50 MILL ST., NEWBURGH, N.Y. This item is near MINT - New Old Stock condition - See my photos for the exact condition. The pictures show the cap in its collapsible state and opened state - it unfolds like a paper sack.
